Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service support to Italian-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and returns.
  • Utilize e-commerce platforms to track orders and update customer information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Create and maintain documentation for customer interactions and solutions.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or online media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
