Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers in identifying their needs and offering solutions related to high-end coffee machines.
  • Handle product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining meticulous records.
  • Educate customers about product features, maintenance, and best practices for optimal use.
