Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge base of the streaming services offered and their features.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support processes and address recurring issues.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on online platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach to customer interaction.
  • Familiarity with online streaming platforms and technologies preferred.
