Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian to clients inquiring about health and wellness products via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers by providing information about product benefits, usage, and order details with empathy and professionalism.
  • Effectively address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a swift resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on new health and wellness offerings and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Keep a meticulous record of customer interactions and feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Support team objectives by contributing to process enhancements and promoting a positive workplace environment.
  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken, with excellent command of English.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the health, wellness, or beauty sectors is preferred.
  • Natural ability to empathize with customers and a strong commitment to providing an exceptional service experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport.
  • Interest in health and wellness trends, products, and lifestyles.
  • Comfortable using customer service software and basic office applications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
