Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding e-cigarette products, orders, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Educate customers about e-cigarette usage, safety, and product features.
  • Document customer interactions and keep accurate records within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to convey customer feedback and insights.
  • Stay informed about e-cigarette industry trends and product developments.
  • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the tobacco or e-cigarette industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with e-cigarette products and an interest in the vaping industry.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
