In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to our Nordic-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, managing orders, and helping resolve any issues they may face. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products and services, providing accurate information and support.
• Assist customers with order management, returns, and troubleshooting issues.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain an organized record of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
• Meet and strive to exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) as well as English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or in-office environment.
