This position is ideal for individuals fluent in Nordic languages who are enthusiastic about providing high-quality technical support to clients. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving IT issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your passion for technology and exceptional communication skills will play a vital role in building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues in a timely manner.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance their understanding and usage.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the technical department to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Stay informed about the latest product updates and technological advancements.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) is required; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple tasks effectively.
