In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers across the Nordic region. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to our innovative products and services. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
• Educate customers about product features and assist them in maximizing their use of our services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in the creation and updating of Nordic-language support documentation and resources.
• Conduct follow-up communications with customers after resolutions to ensure satisfaction.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills focused on building positive customer relationships.
• Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• A fundamental understanding of technology products and troubleshooting techniques is beneficial.
