Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-quality customer support via live chat, email, and phone channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding gaming operations, rules, promotions, and account management efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that customers may face while gaming online.
  • Offer detailed information about gaming products and services to enhance user engagement.
  • Assist with account creation, verification, and financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve services.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
  • Fluency in Norwegian, both verbal and written, is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the iGaming or related industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
