The House of Mercier is looking for a dynamic Online Chat Support Agent to join our remote team, available worldwide. As an Online Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and effective support through our chat platform. Your role will be critical in helping customers enjoy our luxury product offerings and ensuring their shopping experience is exceptional from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through our online chat system, delivering accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with order processing, including tracking shipments and handling returns or exchanges efficiently.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Document customer interactions for future reference and to help improve our services.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay well-informed about our product line to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Foster positive relationships with customers through exceptional service and support.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in chat support or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A commitment to resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and experience with chat support tools are desirable.
• A strong interest in luxury brands and the retail sector.
