The House of Mercier is excited to announce a remote opportunity for a Polish Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist based in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with their airline inquiries from the comfort of your home. Your ability to communicate effectively in Polish and English will be key to ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat while working remotely.
  • Assist customers with a variety of airline inquiries, including bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, aiming for quick and effective resolutions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer service systems.
  • Collaborate with airline partners to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, travel guidelines, and industry developments to better assist customers.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to manage difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and systems for tracking inquiries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
