Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone channels to our Portuguese-speaking clientele.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to game rules, promotions, and account management promptly and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues customers encounter while using our gaming platform.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding our various gaming products and services to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account creation, verification processes, and managing transactions like deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to inform ongoing service improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey across all platforms.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the iGaming or similar industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for efficiently addressing customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of online gaming platforms and a genuine interest in the iGaming sector.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to provide exceptional service to our customers.
