Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about e-cigarette products and accessories towards potential and existing customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to e-cigarette devices and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and efficient service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our customer relationship management system.
  • Assist in processing orders and returns in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in the consumer services industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A passion for e-cigarette products and knowledge of the industry trends.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools, as well as standard office applications.
