Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with navigating the online streaming platform and resolving issues related to their accounts.
  • Handle inquiries regarding the subscription process, billing, and technical difficulties with streaming services.
  • Educate customers on how to use different features of the streaming platform to enhance their viewing experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure follow-up and continuous support.
  • Collaborate with technical support and other departments to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and guides based on customer feedback to improve overall user experience.
  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the consumer services industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address customer concerns.
  • Familiarity with online streaming services and digital entertainment platforms is a plus.
  • Basic technical proficiency to assist customers with technology-related inquiries.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
