In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our Slovak-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any technical issues they may encounter with our products and services. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
• Assist customers in understanding product functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues for timely resolution.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of Slovak-language support documentation and resources.
• Follow up with customers after resolution to confirm their satisfaction with our services.

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills focused on maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
• A foundational understanding of technology products and troubleshooting techniques is beneficial.
