Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries about DJI products.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide comprehensive solutions to ensure high satisfaction.
• Guide customers through product features and help them make informed purchase decisions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service practices.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector, is preferred.
