• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish, providing accurate and helpful information.

• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally while aiming for a positive resolution.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide effective support.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to management.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not strictly required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
