Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers requiring assistance in financial-related queries.
  • Quickly and effectively respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues by analyzing their concerns, proposing solutions, and ensuring satisfactory follow-ups.
  • Inform and educate customers about financial products and services, customizing information as per individual needs.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the company's CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of customer service policies and training resources to enhance the customer experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Relevant experience in a customer service position, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, capable of managing high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating compassion and understanding towards customer inquiries.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for effective record-keeping and interaction management.
