YOUR DAY AS A Spanish Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Agent

In this important role within our Health Department, you will provide dedicated support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding e-cigarette products. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, delivering essential product information, and addressing any health-related concerns to ensure that our customers have clarity and confidence in their choices.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
• You possess strong communication skills that enable you to assist customers clearly and empathetically.
• You have experience in customer service, ideally within the health or e-cigarette sectors.
• You are organized and can manage multiple inquiries efficiently while focusing on customer satisfaction.
• You have a friendly demeanor and a genuine wish to help customers.
• Familiarity with Health Department regulations related to e-cigarette products is a plus.
