Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Spanish-speaking customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and solutions in our support system.
• Educate customers on product features and guide them on best practices for usage.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure thorough follow-up.
• Assist in creating and updating Spanish-language support documentation and resources.
• Conduct follow-up communications with customers after issue resolutions to confirm satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with support software and ticketing systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
