Spanish speaking Technical Support Customer Representative

The House of Mercier is looking for a talented Spanish speaking Technical Support Customer Representative to join our customer service team. In this essential role, you will provide high-quality technical support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with any inquiries or challenges they may face while using our products. Your commitment to customer satisfaction and your expertise in technical issues will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding technical support in Spanish through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve customer issues related to product functionality.
  • Guide customers on the best practices to use our products effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in our support systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and effectively handle complex technical inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and FAQs based on customer experiences.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through effective and proactive communication.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently while ensuring high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
