The House of Mercier is seeking a skilled Spanish speaking Technical Support Customer Representative to join our dedicated customer service team. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to our Spanish-speaking customers, helping them resolve any issues they encounter with our products. Your role will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Offer comprehensive technical support in Spanish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Educate customers on product functionalities and best practices to maximize their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within our support systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex problems.
  • Contribute to training materials and FAQs based on customer feedback and common inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other customer support software.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining quality service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
