Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our platforms and services.
  • Assist clients with software installations and updates remotely.
  • Create and maintain documentation of support processes and solutions.
  • Educate clients on best practices for using our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes.
  • Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and technologies.
  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
  • Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
