Job Summary:
RB Global is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Marketing Tools to lead the development and optimization of our employee-facing marketing technology stack. This role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering tools that empower our marketing teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences through thoughtful journey mapping, data-driven decision-making, and iterative testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and own the product roadmap for marketing tools, aligning with RB Global’s strategic goals.
Product Discovery: Lead user research, problem discovery, and ideation workshops to uncover needs and validate solutions for internal stakeholders.
User Journey Mapping: Design end-to-end user journeys for marketing employees, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows across tools.
Data Analytics & Testing: Leverage data analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement. Use A/B testing and experimentation to optimize features and functionality.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Ownership: Oversee the use and enhancement of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring it meets the needs of the marketing organization while driving adoption and efficiency.
Collaboration with Engineering: Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality tools, ensuring smooth implementation of features and integrations.
Change Management & Enablement: Support training and adoption strategies for new features and updates, ensuring a positive user experience.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on employee tools or marketing technology.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
Expertise in product discovery, including user research, interviews, and journey mapping.
Proficiency in data analytics tools to track KPIs, identify insights, and inform decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with other marketing automation tools or CRM systems.
Experience working in a global organization or across distributed teams.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Mindset:
Data-driven with a user-first approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product outcomes.
