Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage marketing and communication materials to showcase company services, value propositions, and competitive advantages.

Create compelling content for proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral to support sales and business development teams.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content quality, coherence, compliance, and brand consistency.

Manage the production of high-impact marketing deliverables, including award submissions, sales materials, and digital campaigns.

Leverage industry knowledge to develop innovative marketing solutions tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, clients, and industry peers.

Maintain and update marketing libraries, databases, and CRM tools.

Support social media content creation and digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing, communications, or business development. Experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or B2B services is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Knowledge of brand management, graphic design, and RFP/RFQ response processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.

Experience with social media marketing and digital content strategy.

Ability to travel as needed.
