Head of Creative & Marketing

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Creative Direction to shape and lead brand evolution. This individual will be a strategic storyteller with a deep passion for creativity, marketing, and brand-building in the lifestyle space. You’ll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing the brand’s digital presence, creative direction, and consumer engagement strategies. You’ll need to possess a rare blend of high-level strategic thinking with the ability to get hands-on with the creative process.

As the guardian of the brand, you will ensure that all marketing initiatives capture the essence of our fun, carefree vibe while driving meaningful growth across all channels. Collaboration with internal teams across design, product, sales, and operations will be essential to ensure our creative vision aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership & Brand Vision:

Lead and define overall marketing and creative strategy, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s mission and goals. Develop and guide creative campaigns that are bold, innovative, and on-brand, capturing the fun, free-spirited nature of the brand. Ensure the brand’s visual identity and messaging are consistent, captivating, and compelling across all touchpoints (social media, digital, in-store, etc.). Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure creative direction supports product launches and marketing initiatives.

Foster a creative, high-energy culture within the marketing team, pushing for fresh ideas while maintaining brand integrity.

Brand & Digital Marketing Leadership:

Elevate brand presence and positioning through innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Lead the development and execution of impactful digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content, email, and social media, to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales growth. Optimize the brand’s digital presence across all platforms (web, social media, e-commerce) to deepen consumer engagement and expand reach. Campaign Development & Execution:

Lead the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engage our audience, and convert. Work with internal creative teams, agencies, and freelancers to produce visually stunning and e7ective marketing content (videos, photography, ad copy, etc.). Measure and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. Team Leadership & Development:

Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing marketing and creative team that thrives in a collaborative environment. Cultivate a culture of innovation, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of trends and market shifts. Foster cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, and operations to ensure alignment between creative and business goals. Partnerships & Collaborations:

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships that will elevate the brand and extend its reach. Manage external agencies, influencers, and partners to ensure all creative and marketing e7orts align with core values and objectives. Market Insights & Analytics:

Conduct consumer research and competitive analysis to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities. Use data and analytics to inform creative strategies and refine marketing initiatives for optimal impact. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Direction, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years leading creative direction in the lifestyle, fashion, or footwear industry.
