Electronic Gaming Manager

We are growing our Slots team and currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electronic Gaming Manager/Slots Manager to join us.

As our Electronic Gaming Manager you will be responsible for the regional delivery of the Mecca Slots Strategy, driving slots revenue performance across all venues, managing performance KPI’s and third party SLA’s, with the support of the venue operations and the wider slots to achieve this.

• Good knowledge and experience of managing B3, B4, Cat C and Cat D products.
• A track record of designing layouts that grow revenue and improve customer experience.
• Knowledge and experience of slot yield management, understanding of compensated and random game content, reel based legacy games, high/medium/low volatility games and their impact, roulette and roulette variants, bingo variants and online games.
• Experience with both TITO and Cash Payout Slots and their collection process
• Understanding of AMLD, LCCP and Technical Regulations covering Slots, ASA and CAP Guidelines for Marketing of Slots
• Experience and knowledge of the BA/BGC/Bacta Trade Body Set Limits & APAS Products
• Experience with Server Based Gaming Platforms and Game Content Delivery
• A high level of understanding of gaming commercials and rates for all products operated in the sector.
• Knowledge and experience of dealing with gaming ratios for categories B and C/D Machines, and Compliance restrictions within the Bingo sector
• Strong knowledge of all back-office systems including Playsafe, Light & Wonder Videobet and Inspired BI and Cashier Systems.
