The Rounds is seeking a Merchandising Manager to own the performance, strategy, and growth of a subset of our categories. You will drive growth by managing vendor relationships, expanding product & vendor offerings, negotiating deals, setting strategy, and enhancing Member experience in our app. You will also be responsible for owning a few key projects from the start to drive strategic growth. You'll be joining at a pivotal time, with significant opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the company’s growth.
The Rounds has a strong in-person office culture. We believe our best work happens when we’re in the same space together. This role is on site in our Brooklyn, NY office.
