Social Media Manager

Lead and manage a team of content creators and social media executives.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth.
Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, crypto, and derivatives to craft relevant and compelling content.
Collaborate with internal teams to highlight key product updates, market trends, and educational content.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.
Engage with the community to foster meaningful interactions and address customer queries promptly.

Minimum exp 5 years
Proven experience leading a social media team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of derivatives and financial markets, especially in the crypto space.
Background in media, preferably with experience in production teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
