Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to identify common issues and streamline processes.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment.
