What You’ll Do

As SEO Manager, you’ll drive our organic traffic and revenue growth by developing and executing a high-impact SEO content strategy. You’ll oversee content production and optimization across our multilingual website while managing agency partnerships and collaborating with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all marketing efforts.

In this role, you’ll:

• Define and implement an SEO content strategy that boosts ranking keywords, organic traffic, and revenue.
• Manage and collaborate with our SEO agency, setting clear scopes and KPIs to maximize impact.
• Apply expert-level knowledge of Google’s EEAT principles to enhance content authority.
• Ensure on-site SEO excellence, including internal linking, HTML best practices, and multimedia optimization.
• Monitor SEO performance metrics, diagnosing content and technical issues to implement solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights to marketing teams, translating SEO trends into actionable strategies.
• Balance in-house and agency resources efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

You’re a results-driven SEO expert who understands both the art and science of search. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

• A proven track record of driving significant organic growth and revenue through SEO.
• Advanced expertise in content SEO, including Google’s algorithmic concepts and EEAT.
• Strong technical SEO awareness, including website management processes and translation workflows.
• An analytical mindset, with experience diagnosing performance fluctuations and implementing solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, translating complex SEO insights for non-specialist teams.
• The ability to align SEO initiatives with broader business goals and cross-functional teams.
