About the role.

We are expanding our Digital Marketing Team to help maximise the profitable acquisition of new customers and generation of sales from existing customers across Paid Social platforms. We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the operational execution of campaigns in social platforms and is accountable for the day-to-day management of efficient media spend and generation of new customers. It’s a fast paced, exciting role and a great opportunity to make a difference to our customers and to our business.  

Key responsibilities:  

  • Plan and implement campaigns across social platforms 
  • Maintain and optimise campaigns in line with objectives such as ROI to drive the best results 
  • Identify test and learn opportunities to improve performance 
  • Analyse data and report back on performance of campaigns to stakeholders 
  • Work with creative teams on advising paid social creative best practises 
  • Collaboration with wider paid social team and marketing teams to align on key objectives   

About you.

  • 2/3 years marketing experience  
  • Hands on experience of managing paid campaigns in social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager 
  • Good Team worker.  
  • Customer-focused  
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills  
  • Proactive and enthusiastic  
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines  
  • Must have high attention to detail e.g. proofreading, spelling, grammar  
  • PC literate especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

1st stage - An informal 30-minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.

2nd stage – A one-hour Task based Interview which is relevant to the BAU of the role followed by a Q&A.
