Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist - Post-OP Hand Clinic

Our partner is seeking a Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist for the Post-Op Hand Clinic in Salem, OR. The position is full-time, based at the State Street location in the outpatient rehab department. The role is part of the Outpatient Hand Therapy Team, focusing on treating post-operative hand patients referred by the company's medical group hand surgeons.

Responsibilities:

• Treat post-operative hand patients referred by the company’s medical group hand surgeons.
• Work closely with 3 onsite hand surgeons and 2 Physician Assistants (PAs).
• Provide hand therapy and rehabilitation services.
• Fabricate orthotics for patients as needed.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure quality patient care.

• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Oregon state Occupational Therapist license required prior to start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience treating hand patients with strong orthotic fabrication skills will be considered.
