Occupational Therapist - PT/FT Flexibility

A healthcare provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team in Salem, OR. This position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time hours (20-40 hours per week). As an Occupational Therapist, you will develop and implement patient-centered care plans, providing high-quality treatments and helping patients achieve their goals. You will work in a close-knit team and have opportunities for professional growth while being supported to think creatively in your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Provide compassionate and high-quality treatment to patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Stay updated on current trends and practices in the field.
  • Share learnings with your team and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience with one-on-one interactions and no double booking of appointments.
  • BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Clinical experience in the practice setting is strongly preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Holds a valid license to practice in Oregon or is license-eligible (license must be verified prior to start date).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to implement culturally sensitive and functional treatment plans.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Work in a close-knit team environment.
