A healthcare provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team in Salem, OR. This position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time hours (20-40 hours per week). As an Occupational Therapist, you will develop and implement patient-centered care plans, providing high-quality treatments and helping patients achieve their goals. You will work in a close-knit team and have opportunities for professional growth while being supported to think creatively in your role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Provide compassionate and high-quality treatment to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Stay updated on current trends and practices in the field.
- Share learnings with your team and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a positive patient experience with one-on-one interactions and no double booking of appointments.
- BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
- Clinical experience in the practice setting is strongly preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Holds a valid license to practice in Oregon or is license-eligible (license must be verified prior to start date).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to implement culturally sensitive and functional treatment plans.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
