The Role
The Care Operations Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring TimelyCare’s care delivery operations run efficiently, effectively, and at scale. You’ll support forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure our provider network is optimized to meet demand. This role combines operational insight, data fluency, and cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes for both providers and members. What You’ll Do- Demand Forecasting & Scheduling Support - Collaborate with the Operational Excellence Manager to support demand forecasting models and scheduling for on-demand care services. Ensure provider coverage aligns with projected care demand to minimize wait times and maximize patient satisfaction.
- Network Capacity Monitoring - Monitor and assess provider network capacity for scheduled services, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization in partnership with scheduling and service teams.
- Operational Metrics & Performance Analysis - Track and analyze key operational metrics across care delivery functions. Deliver actionable insights that highlight performance trends, uncover root causes, and inform operational decisions.
- Incentive Program Tracking & Analysis - Support the administration and performance tracking of provider incentive programs. Analyze their impact on engagement, productivity, and care outcomes to support program design and evaluation.
- Strategic Initiative Support - Assist with data collection and analysis for high-priority projects and strategic initiatives. Present clear, concise findings to cross-functional stakeholders to support planning and decision-making.
- Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance - Maintain and continuously improve productivity and performance reports and dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and relevant for internal stakeholders.
- KPI Monitoring & Communication - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to operational leadership, highlighting successes and areas needing attention.
- Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency - Identify inefficiencies in workflows and support the implementation of process improvements that enhance operational speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Data Integrity & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Ensure the accuracy and consistency of operational data by collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., analytics, talent, clinical ops) to resolve discrepancies and align data sources.
- Automation & Optimization Opportunities - Recommend and implement opportunities for automation to streamline reporting, data collection, and operational workflows.
- Training & Support - Provide ongoing support and training to care operations and cross-functional teams on the effective use of dashboards, systems, and operational tools.
- Change Management Support - Assist in documenting and operationalizing process changes, supporting adoption through clear documentation, training materials, and hands-on guidance during rollouts.
- Stakeholder Communication - Translate complex data and operational insights into easy-to-understand summaries and visualizations for non-technical audiences, enabling more informed, collaborative decision-making.
- Tool Proficiency & Technical Partnership - Utilize tools such as Looker, Google Suite, Excel, and SQL to support data exploration, report development, and ad hoc analysis. Work closely with Data and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on data definitions, tool usage, and reporting accuracy.
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, healthcare, or related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including demand forecasting, scheduling, workforce planning, and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey data insights and operational needs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in training and cross-functional collaboration, with a demonstrated ability to advise and support colleagues across departments.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and process improvement.
- Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this opportunity is $70,000– $75,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
