This Role
The Founding Account Executive will take on the entire Enterprise sales function, transitioning from founder-led sales. It will involve everything from both inbound and outbound prospecting of VPs, explaining our product on discovery calls, pilot scoping, security review, to signing the deal.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle. Engage, qualify, and close deals from our inbound PLG leads while prospecting and developing net-new business.
- Maximize conversion. Optimize our pilot-to-renewal pipeline by understanding user pain points and demonstrating how timeOS solves them. Identify upsell opportunities to expand customer value and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product to refine messaging and identify expansion opportunities.
- Build scalable processes. Establish best practices for outreach, follow-ups, and deal execution that will serve as a foundation for our future sales team. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
- Drive revenue growth. Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging both individual outreach and timeOS’s organic growth engine. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments in AI sales to inform our sales approach.
- Be the voice of the customer. Provide structured feedback to our product team to continuously refine our offering and improve user experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and referenceability.
- 3-5 years of account executive experience in a SaaS, PLG, or B2B tech environment, preferably at an early-stage startup. A proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Excellent communicator. You can clearly articulate what you’re thinking and feeling.
- Competitive mindset. You have a history of winning in sales, sports, or games.
- Strong relationship builder. You can engage both executive-level buyers and end-users, adapting your approach to different personas.
- Customer-first approach. You’re comfortable acting as a trusted advisor, helping prospects find the right solution—even if it means a non-linear path to close.
- Experience with CRM tools (Attio preferred) and a strong grasp of sales analytics.
- Founder Mentality. You are a natural builder—whether you create solutions yourself or rally the team to get things done, you make things happen.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience selling a product-led SaaS solution.
- Have worked in the AI, productivity, or workflow automation space.
- Have successfully built out sales processes from scratch.
- Have experience working with founders or executives at early-stage startups.
Commission: 20%, uncapped, we love writing commission cheques.
