Senior Backend Engineer
At Tipalti Developer Experience team, our mission is to empower developers by building innovative solutions designed to streamline and enhance productivity. Our Developer Experience Team is committed to minimizing friction and optimizing workflows, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Making a meaningful measurable impact on the organisation and our developers' experience.
- Lead the end-to-end of features, from the idea stage through development to production,
- Collaborating with software engineers to understand their requirements and address pain points effectively, continuously pushing for improvements and optimizations.
- Learn and adapt working with various technologies required.
- Lead by example, ensuring high standards of code quality and fostering a positive and proactive attitude within the team.
About you:
- 4+ years of experience working with .NET or Node JS.
- Experience with microservices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess an independent mindset and be able to take initiatives and solve problems autonomously.
- B.Sc in computer sciences or equivalent.
