Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to provide essential support to our domain management operations.

Job Location: This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United Kingdom. We meet once a week in our London office.

What You'll Do:

• Create and maintain records in our in-house database, ensuring all details are accurate and consistently updated.
• Execute administrative tasks crucial to the management and organization of our domain name portfolio.
• Labelling, manipulating, and organising data in our in-house database and in Excel.
• Uphold the integrity and accuracy of data.
• Serve as a liaison between between different parties accessing and contributing data.
• Undertake ad hoc duties related to data and domain name management as they arise.

Must Haves:

• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. The management and modification of large data sets require precision, as errors can be challenging and expensive to rectify.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• A receptive attitude towards feedback with a keenness to learn and evolve within the role.
• Initiative in suggesting and executing process enhancements.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with domain name terminology, processes, and technology is a plus.
• Experience with a CRM System is beneficial.
