About the Role:


We’re looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager to drive operational efficiency, strategic growth, and meaningful impact in our US regional business. This role will be instrumental in scaling our performance, ensuring seamless oversight of the majority of our partner portfolio while also elevating key relationships to unlock larger opportunities.


By strengthening partner engagement, streamlining internal (cross-functional) and external (partner-facing) processes, and driving audience and sales growth, the Senior Manager will allow leadership to focus on scaling high-value deals and expanding our new business strategies. Please note: This is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.  Some domestic travel will be required.


What Success Looks Like:
  • Business Scalability – Identify and codify a scalable playbook for growth to other partners and markets, based on current wins and improving development areas.
  • Industry Context – Serve as in-house expert on opportunities and challenges associated with partner programming, dynamics, and business needs across the partner portfolio. Own and document partner insights, and proactively triage ad hoc problem-solving.
  • Partner Growth & Development – Overseeing 80% of the portfolio, ensuring partners receive strong support from TodayTix’s efforts and that we are always leveling up partners with best practices. .
  • Marketing Integration – Parlay industry subject matter expertise to liaise with the TodayTix marketing team, allowing the marketing squad to drive audience engagement and revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Impact – Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to ensure partnerships drive meaningful business growth.


What You’ll Do:
  • Optimize for Acceleration – Maintain laser focus on meaningful growth opportunities for partners and TTG, as well as streamlining internal processes (e.g. CRM enhancement, internal automation efforts) to strengthen efficiency, momentum, and market share.
  • Strengthen Partner Relationships – Ensure seamless, proactive outreach and collaboration with delivery of relevant strategic insights to bolster mutual objectives and level up existing partnerships to ensure continuous evolution of TTG pipeline.
  • Performance Accountability – Achieve top-line objectives and key results through a holistic, cross-functional approach.
  • Optimize Partner Performance – Use data insights to refine partner strategies, helping smaller partners scale and unlock new opportunities.
  • Enable Leadership to Scale – Free up senior leadership to focus on high-value partnerships, new business development, and strategic initiatives.


We’re Looking for Someone With:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, performing arts marketing, or revenue-driven roles; nonprofit experience is a plus. Deep familiarity with the performing arts landscape is a must.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance relationship management and strategic execution.
  • Strong background in strategic marketing or fundraising, with a track record of growing relationships and revenue 
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools is necessary.


$80,000 - $95,000 a year
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually. 

We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
