About the Role:

We’re looking for a self-motivated, curious and detail oriented Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team and play a key role in identifying key insights to improve the conversion, engagement and user experience of our customers. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and customer engagement, ensuring industry leading designs backed by data.

Please note: This full-time position is based in New York City. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

• Strong Design Collaboration: Effectively articulate design decisions with objectivity and clarity, collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.
• Open-Minded Problem Solving: Confidently express your point of view while remaining flexible and receptive to alternative solutions in pursuit of the best outcome.
• Growth Mindset: Approach challenges as opportunities for learning and continuous improvement.
• Product Immersion & Proactive QA: Regularly use the product to uncover usability issues, identify bugs, and suggest thoughtful, impactful improvements.
• Adaptability: Reprioritize quickly based on new data and feedback, and respond to shifting direction with clarity and efficiency.
• User Centricity: Be an expert in our users and how our designs solve their problems

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and craft outstanding product experiences. 
• Lead open minded brainstorming sessions that uncover innovative new ideas and build alignment.
• Exercise excellent judgement and communication skills. 
• Work end to end across the product life cycle
• Participate in design reviews, problem solve and share your work regularly with design and company executives.
• Proactively set expectations and update stakeholders openly when scope changes.
• Promote a culture of design excellence and lead by example by creating best-in-class work
• Champion the use of AI by leading through example.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and quality remains high. 

• 5+ years experience in Product Design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience conducting generative and usability research and analyzing customer feedback
• Strong portfolio of user-centered, and beautifully executed UI examples.
• Experience with prototyping tools and the skills to rapidly iterate and test proposed solutions.
• Demonstrated understanding of good user experience, and ability to communicate concepts at the appropriate level of visual detail, be it a user journey, wireframe, or high-fidelity and engaging UI.
• A strong understanding of design systems and branding strategy with an ability to recognize and stay ahead of design trends in the industry
• The ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a squad, communicating with developers and QA engineers, and assuring that projects are executed on time and with design excellence.
