Key Account Store Operations Specialist - Norway

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. Why do we need to do that? Because more than 1/3 of the food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste!

As the world’s largest food waste-fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. But we’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation and our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste, so we’re doing all we can to create educational tools, make our knowledge as accessible as possible, find new business solutions and even change legislation to reduce food waste.

That means we’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for a Key Account Store Operations Specialist (KASOS) to join us in our Oslo office.

 Your mission:

Our Store Operations team holds responsibility for the engagement, experience and quality of our Key Account stores. As a Key Account Store Operations Specialist within the Convenience & Gas Station segment you will work directly with these stores, building relationships with store managers and their staff, helping them to maximise the partnership with Too Good To Go and rescue as much food from going to waste as possible.

You will be playing a significant role in our growth and evolution in providing better than ever support and service to our food waste-fighting partners.

 Your Role:

Reporting into the Head of Key Accounts you will be working with a portfolio of our most prominent brands within your business segment. In addition you will be working on numerous special projects across our segments.

You will work in a hands-on, front-line capacity, ensuring our key partner stores have everything they need to succeed. You will engage the stores directly via phone and email to optimise store engagement, improve performance, and increase supply.

  • Support stores to use Too Good To Go and our systems, providing training to new managers and staff
  • Engage store managers and staff on fighting food waste
  • Ensure your stores are maximising their supply so no food is being wasted
  • Identify feedback trends from conversations with stores and discuss with the responsible Key Account Manager
  • Ensure stores have a good experience with our customers and take action to improve store quality
  • Administrative tasks, including mass updates for public holidays, and ensuring store information is up to date and accurate
  • Work in cooperation with colleagues to achieve large projects, such as the roll out of new key accounts, and onboarding & training new stores.

 What we need:

  • Care for our mission: you are passionate about fighting food waste and the contribution it makes to the climate crisis
  • Terrific talker (and listener) with the ability to effectively and quickly connect with partners over the phone, and achieve your desired outcomes from the call
  • Excellent written communication skills; someone who can be clear and friendly in a text conversation or email exchange with partners
  • First experience with data analysis is preferred
  • Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English.
  • A positive and proactive mindset, ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing organisation
  • A team-player who is keen to learn, collaborate, and contribute
  • An empathetic and patient approach
  • Comfortable in handling repetitive tasks, knowing each task contributes to saving food from going to waste

Our Values:

  • We Win Together
  • We Raise the Bar
  • We Keep It Simple
  • We Build A Legacy
  • We Care

What we offer:

  • A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you get to wake up every day knowing you’re achieving positive change.
  • The experience of being part of an international company with over 1350 enthusiastic and highly talented teammates across numerous countries – always ready to share knowledge and support!
  • Strong personal as well as professional development in an intense and high-growth scale-up environment.
  • An open company culture where you have the independence and room to unleash your creativity.
  • A strong team culture where successes are celebrated together.
  • A competitive salary plus performance-related bonus

Benefits

  • WORK FLEXIBLY:
    • Enjoy hybrid working from our great offices, at home or abroad.
