We’re looking for an exceptional Martech and Data Specialist to join the growing Data and Analytics Team at Too Good To Go.

 

Your mission

We are looking for a technically skilled and data-driven individual to enhance our digital marketing analytics capabilities. This role is critical in optimizing our tools, processes, and data infrastructure, enabling actionable insights and driving data-informed decision-making. You will play a key role in helping to advance attribution models, improving data quality, and supporting marketing performance metrics.

Your ultimate goal is to scale our digital marketing efforts and make Too Good To Go the #1 solution against Food Waste globally.

Your role

  • Maintain marketing tools and Infrastructure to ensure the highest standards of data quality and completeness.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional tool integration projects with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams, to design and implement a seamless, end-to-end data pipeline that integrates web and mobile platforms. Tools include web & product analytics platforms, mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Appsflyer), tag management and third-party integrations.
  • Support self-service analytics capabilities for the marketing team, help prioritize initiatives, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making to optimize spend and performance.
  • Lead efforts to enhance and optimize data used in attribution models, enabling deep insights into marketing spend performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure marketing tools and practices adhere to GDPR, ePrivacy Directive and other relevant data regulations

Requirements

  • Full-stack & Technical Marketing Experience. With 5+ years in the industry and 3+ years in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, you bring a solid background in both full-stack and technical marketing.
  • SQL Proficiency. A strong command of SQL allows for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and transformation.
  • Infrastructure Scaling. Experienced in optimizing and scaling data pipelines, API integrations, app measurement platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, GTM, Appsflyer, Amplitude/Mixpanel).
  • Data Analytics & BI Tools. Expertise in cleaning, normalizing, and analyzing data, with the ability to present insights clearly using BI tools.
  • Tech-Savvy & Forward-Looking. Always up to date with advancements in marketing technology and analytics, identifying opportunities for innovation and performance improvement.
  • Proactive & Pragmatic Mindset. Passionate, hands-on, and autonomous, always taking the initiative to get the job done. 
  • Rigorous & Focused. Efficient, precise, and quick to iterate in solving complex problems.
  • Team Player. A strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams, translating abstract ideas into measurable actions.
  • Eco-Conscious. Truly passionate about sustainability and fighting food waste, recognizing the urgency of change and action for the planet.
  • Perfectly Fluent in English. Full working proficiency in English, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.

Nice to have 

  • Marketing Metrics. You have experience in analyzing and interpreting marketing performance metrics.
  • Attribution Modeling. You have experience modelling attribution, especially for mobile applications
  • AB Testing Experience. You are skilled in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests
