The Graphic Designer Opportunity:

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team! In this high-volume role, you’ll design digital ads (JPG, GIF, and MP4) for our clients, collaborating closely with the Digital Campaign Manager to develop compelling assets for their campaigns.

Reporting to the Director of Creative Services and SVP of Creative Services & Marketing, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, a strong advertising design aesthetic, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. If you're a self-motivated designer with a passion for digital advertising, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete a high-volume design queue daily (minimum of 10 new tickets per day), while assisting with additional projects as needed.
• Collaborate with the Digital Campaign Manager to implement requested creative revisions.
• Work closely with management to ensure all projects meet deadlines.
• Design visually compelling digital ads within tight timeframes, maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a strong focus on digital media.
• Expertise in Typography, Advertisement/Copy Hierarchy, and Color Theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (advanced level).
• Experience with video editing—Adobe Premiere Pro required, After Effects a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital design best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to balance color, typography, and hierarchy within advertising and marketing materials.
• A strong online portfolio is required for consideration.
• Capable of producing high volumes of high-quality work under tight deadlines.
