TL;DR 


We’re looking for a Growth + AI Automation Specialist to build and optimize the systems that power our go-to-market motion. This role is perfect for a highly technical, AI-savvy marketer who thrives on automation, data, and experimentation. You’ll own the development of scalable workflows, integrations, and AI-powered solutions that accelerate demand generation, streamline prospecting, and maximize revenue growth. Using tools like Clay, Zapier, OpenAI, and Common Room, you’ll connect data and signals from across the customer journey, and help us 10x our revenue engine.


So, who are you? You're an automation-obsessed growth marketer who thrives on stitching together systems for maximum impact. You’ve dabbled in SQL, JavaScript, and light programming, tested every AI tool you can get your hands on, and know growth funnels inside and out. You've mastered numerous tools to drive growth at scale and are itching for more. You’re hyper-curious, self-motivated, and have worked in growth, marketing, revenue, or sales ops within a MarTech SaaS or high-growth company.. If there’s a zap to build or an AI assistant to create and test, you’re already 10 steps ahead, automating it while sipping your coffee and thinking about how to improve it down the line.


What you'll own & improve:
  • AI-Powered Prospecting & GTM AutomationArchitect and refine AI-driven prospecting engines that automate outreach and personalize engagement at scale. You’ll develop intelligent GTM automation systems, integrating AI tools, webhooks, and APIs to create scalable workflows. 
  • Conversion Rate Optimization & Revenue Growth  Identifying and maximizing every opportunity to win and expand deal value. You’ll continuously experiment with new AI tools, optimize outbound and inbound workflows, and refine our GTM strategy to increase conversion rates and drive new MRR—without relying on paid ads. 
  • Scaling Efficiency & Unlocking Growth Loops  You’ll eliminate inefficiencies by automating repetitive processes and freeing up time for high-impact strategy. You are confident in leveraging AI/automation/experimentation to unlock 10x growth opportunities that drive scalable revenue.


What you already know:
  • AI & Automation Tools: Clay, OpenAI, Zapier (or N8N/Make), Common Room, Vector, Smartlead. 
  • Growth & Marketing Tech Stack: HubSpot, Webflow Optimize (or similar website personalization tools), Cometly, Metadata, GA4, Revenue Hero (or Calendly/Chili Piper). 
  • Programming & Data Skills: Basic experience with Python, JavaScript, APIs, and webhooks to integrate, automate, and extend GTM capabilities. 
  • Experience enabling sales and optimizing funnels in a MarTech or high-growth SaaS company. 
  • Proven experience building AI-powered email sequences and leveraging data enrichment for audience targeting and personalization. 
  • Experience driving AI-powered campaigns across direct mail, email, SMS, and paid digital audiences. 
  • Hyper-curious, self-motivated mindset and always testing new AI tools to push growth forward.


About the Team


This role sits on our Growth team and reports to our incredible Director of Growth, Seiji Cataldo. This role is very collaborative and will work closely with rev ops, sales, and paid media teams.

Paid parental leave, including adoption: 8 weeks of fully paid time off with the ability to flex short term disability leave or PTO for 12 total weeks.

401k with a 3% matching through Guideline 401(k)

Experience stipend: Up to $500 per year to experience something new - whether that’s a new ice cream flavor or a new country.

Great tools: Each employee receives a Mac laptop and a 27'' display (or equivalent). We’ll also purchase any of the software or hardware you need.
