A little more about our center:
The Terrace is a classic nursing home with a heavy emphasis on the long-term memory care resident and a small, but growing, short-term rehab unit. This close-knit team is welcoming and always willing to jump in to help out when you need it. What makes us unique:
4-Star Quality measure – this means we provide excellent clinical care! We have a large memory care population and they are eager to tell you their stories. We can help you turn your job into a career – ask us about educational assistance. There is a bus stop located in front of the center and many apartment homes nearby if you want to move closer to work.
What you will do in this role: Having a loved one in a medical center is stressful. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first happy face to greet our visitors and family members and make them feel at ease. The functions are similar to that of a “Welcome” (reception) desk. You are greeting guests, performing clerical tasks and managing the phone lines for a busy Medical Facility.
Sample of daily duties:
What’s in it for you:
Medical Receptionist: officially we call this job a Concierge, but in other centers it may be called a Welcome or Front Desk Receptionist.
What we need from you:
If you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply. Join us and be the reason someone smiles today.
Note: This overview/Ad is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job. More information will be disclosed during your interview and on the formal Job Description.
