Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines. 

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper with an Administrative Assistant background to join our Finance team. If you’re proactive and resourceful to handle daily responsibilities with less supervision, we’d love to hear from you. As part of the team, you’ll help with various Finance and admin tasks and contribute to creating a supportive, efficient, and friendly work environment. We want someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in and assist where needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Processing payroll and generating payslips. 
  • QuickBooks: Categorizing bank transactions
  • Timesheet Management: Collecting, verifying, and approving timesheets.
  • Subcontract Preparation: Prepare and issue subcontracts for new hires, both internal and external using PandaDoc.
  • Email Management: Monitoring and responding to queries and feedback from both staff and clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Updating and monitoring records for payroll and invoicing, and other assigned tasks from the MailChimp form. 
  • Mailchimp Management: Managing the process of sending timesheets, submission reminders, and other announcements via Mailchimp.
  • Certificate of Employment, Release Agreement, and other Document Preparation: Drafting and issuing certificates, agreements, and documents upon staff request, or in cases of resignation or termination.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Positive attitude and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with Accounting software (QuickBooks).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in accounting/bookkeeping or administrative roles.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, PandaDoc, Mailchimp, and etc.
