Summary

At Trengo, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to lead our organic growth efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving keyword research, optimizing our website, and developing high-quality SEO content that boosts traffic and supports the broader go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate is an experienced SEO and CRO professional who can balance strategic planning with content creation to generate measurable growth for Trengo. This role will report into our Revenue Marketing Team Lead and it is ideal for a data-driven SEO expert who is eager to own the full scope of organic growth and make a measurable impact on a fast-growing B2B software company.

What your role will look like
  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform inbound marketing efforts, aiming to increase top-of-funnel traffic and boost brand awareness.
  • SEO Content Strategy: Collaborate closely with the content team to develop an SEO-driven content strategy that targets various industries and geographies, aligning with overall marketing goals.
  • CRO on Website: Implement and analyze A/B tests and other CRO strategies on Trengo’s website to improve key performance metrics such as conversion rates, sign-ups, and user engagement.
  • Web Personalization Tools: Leverage tools like VWO, Microsoft Clarity to create personalized web experiences, optimizing user journeys based on behavioural data and audience segmentation.
  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.


What we expect
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, with proven success in driving organic traffic, generating a qualified pipeline, and acquiring new customers through SEO growth tactics.
  • CRO Skills: Demonstrated experience in designing and executing A/B tests and familiarity with CRO methodologies, with a proven ability to analyze results and make data-driven recommendations to enhance website performance.
  • Web Personalization Tools (nice to have): Experience in web personalization and behavioural analytics tools like VWO and Microsoft Clarity, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation and creating tailored user experiences.
  • Strategic & Operational: Ability to balance strategic keyword planning with hands-on content development, taking full ownership of the SEO function.
  • Budget & Strategy Management: Experience handling budget and SEO strategy independently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Asana.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable using data to set priorities, optimize efforts, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Self-Starter: Curious, driven, and able to work independently with limited oversight, fully owning SEO goals and performance metrics.
