Marketing Coordinator

Summary

At Trengo, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support our Integrated Marketing Manager in executing integrated marketing strategies across a variety of channels, ensuring that all marketing efforts run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B software environment. This role is perfect for someone who is excited to get hands-on experience in marketing, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is ready to make an impact from day one.

What your role will look like
  • Integrated Marketing Support: Assist with the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, covering channels such as blogs, events, PR, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), and more.
  • Project Management: Own project planning, publishing, and tracking using tools like Asana and Notion, ensuring that key marketing projects are delivered on time.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative social media content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others. This involves both copywriting and visual design using tools like Canva and Figma.
  • Event Support: Attend and support local industry events, documenting important takeaways and providing logistical assistance as needed.


What we expect
  • Background: You are currently a student seeking one of your first professional experiences or a marketer looking for part-time work.
  • Availability: Able to work 20 hours per week, with at least two days per week in our office in Utrecht, Netherlands.
  • Project Management Skills: Comfortable using project management tools like Asana and Notion to keep projects on track.
  • Content Creation: Basic copywriting skills and familiarity with visual design tools like Canva and Figma.
  • Curiosity & Initiative: Naturally curious, eager to learn, and ready to support wider marketing efforts with minimal oversight.
  • Communication: Solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
