We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEM Marketing Manager with a strong focus on SEA to join our dynamic B2B marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale, multi-country Google Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for driving significant ROI by optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and implementing strategic adjustments. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  • SEA Campaign Management (Google Ads):
    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEA strategies across multiple countries.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
    • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
    • Implement advanced bidding strategies, including automated bidding and smart bidding.
  • Dashboard Development and Reporting:
    • Design and build custom dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
    • Generate regular performance reports, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of campaign performance.
  • Budget Management and Optimization:
    • Develop and manage advertising budgets for multiple countries, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
    • Monitor budget pacing and make necessary adjustments to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
    • Forecast budget and ROI for future campaigns.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
    • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
    • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
    • React quickly to new information and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, local countries, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEM marketing, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country SEA campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in building and managing custom dashboards.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, keyword research, and ad copywriting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting.
  • Ability to react quickly and build insights from multiple information sources.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads certifications.
  • Experience with e-commerce or SaaS industries.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with multiple paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
