Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Conduct performance reviews and one-on-one meetings with employees.
•  Monitor and track team KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with expectations and goals.
• Oversee the creation, scheduling, and verification of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits of internal processes, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Handle various administrative tasks related to purchasing, invoicing, and payment collection as required.

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team, ensuring goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong focus on accuracy, particularly with purchase orders, bills of material, and order verification.
• Experience auditing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with team members, vendors, and other departments.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and take proactive steps to resolve them in a fast-paced environment.
